The ship was built in 1649. crew: 15 menNone of the published sources that I have seen list the crew size for Dutch fireships in the First Anglo-Dutch War. I see quite a few crew sizes, along with some armaments, for fireships. In some cases, we actually have dimensions, as well, as is the case for the Sint Maria.

Have I written about this before? The Amsterdam fireship Sint Maria (or just Maria) was in service in the summer of 1652. I actually have the dimensions for the ship, which is rather nice:
